Counting back from the past till date, the rate of diabetic cases has picked a vast growth irrespective of age.A person is called Diabetic, if the glucose level in the blood cells increases rapidly.Many factors can contribute to the rise of glucose levels in our body.Food, fitness,stress take the major part in affecting the glucose stimulating hormones in the blood cells. From my personal own statistics, i have done a natural study about the Do's & Dont's about this major risk.Lets have a look at the points listed below:
- Wake up as early as possible.Reduce your hours of sleep during morning and noon times.A count of 8hrs of sleep every day reduces the risk of diabetes.
- Never skip your breakfast.Include proteins such as eggs,brown bread, yogurt,milk.Make your breakfast a bit heavier than all other meals.
- Avoid snacks between breakfast and your lunch.Instead,take plenty of fluids.Water,buttermilk,Ragi malt,barley water,coconut water, fresh fruit juices(without sugar) will cleanse out the fat content inside the body and will have a firm grip over the glucose stimulating hormone.
- Reduce the white rice content in your noon meals.Increase the intake of cereals, such as Dal , Roti and brown rice.
- You can repeat the same meal for dinner but make sure, there is at least a gap of 4hrs before you hit the bed.
- On the whole, block at least 30mins every day for a workout.A brisk walk, a jog, skipping, house work, gardening,yoga will make your body fit and diabetic free.
- Lastly, relieve your mind from mental stress. Practice the art of meditation or some kind of breathing exercises for at least 15-20mins a day.
As the old saying goes, Prevention is better than cure, follow these, mark them in your daily routine and you can enjoy a diabetic free life.
